I learned about the existence of Green White Solutions from my classmate, who at that time worked at the company. It was he who offered me a job in the customer service department. I am not a developer, but I consider my work no less important - if fellow programmers create a product, then we promote it on the market, bring it to users and help clients implement this development.

One of the most important achievements for me is the ability to work with programmers and clients, as well as effectively convey requests from clients in a language understandable to programmers. This helps to establish communication and achieve better results. I am like a bridge between the client and the programmer, who helps them understand each other's needs and transform the product to meet the client's requests.

I like that everyone in our team supports each other. This creates a comfortable atmosphere for work and promotes productivity. Each of us is a component of the project, which helps Smartup remain one of the leaders and withstand competition in the market.

I consider another important achievement of the team to be the encouragement of education. We have our own library in the company, which is periodically replenished with the necessary literature. Also, a large number of courses and trainings are organized for employees. One of the latest is a practical course on Public Speaking, which was taught by an actor of the Ilkhom Theater. And last week, Nikolai Doroshchuk's training was held in the office. It's cool!
